Managed IT support is a solution where an IT service provider charges a flat-rate, monthly fee for their services. With us, this includes proactive monitoring and resolution of devices and infrastructure. All of it dependent on your business’s requirements. Under our managed service, we assume total responsibility of your IT systems and for you this means feeling as though your business has its own IT department, taking care of everything.

Co-managed IT support is our collaborative solution for businesses that already have a person or department responsible for managing IT that is in need of external support or consultation. Our team of experienced technicians will support your existing team with IT support services in the manner and scale in which they are required. 

After a free consultation with our engineers, we can decide together on a tailor-made support package that best suits your needs, whether you need a Managed or Co-Managed Solution.

Outsourcing means using an external service provider to deliver some or all of the IT support. It is on average more cost-effective/affordable than in-house support. It is also a time-effective solution as good outsourced IT support is easier to find than in-house IT staff.

Outsourced IT support is also great if you’re looking for help with short-term and/or long-term projects.

Although we do most of our work remotely, we can provide on-site IT support when necessary in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, London and surrounding areas, while our northern IT partner can provide support in the North East of England.
